Gypsies are probably about as intelligent as other European, MENA, and Indian populations, given they are a mix of all three. My guess is that bad living conditions and education is why so many of them score poorly on IQ tests. If Europe treated them better, they would probably do better on IQ tests - probably a 95 on average.

Garbage. They are poor because they can't uplift themselves. Whichever area they take over becomes trash shithole with conditions resembling 3rd world countries. They're not interested in education and living like normal people, instead they make lots of kids, collect benefits they get from state after them and raise the 5 kids in poverty. Chinese immigrants who came in 90s and early 00s to Hungary have done far better than gypsies who have been living here centuries, speak the language, are familiar with the culture. Some of the chinese immigrants in Budapest can't even speak proper Hungarian still anyone would rather have them as neighbors than the gypsies

Chinese are only recently here and never faced historically the same restrictions persecution and discriminitation as gypsies. They also get money from china to open shops at least the ones in serbia they are send there to open business. Gypsies are historically marginalised group chinese are not.

True but there are many roma who say the same and are active. My family for example no one of them has more then two kids. I also have only one sister. Gypsies need to do alot god helps if you help yourself.
