I think she looks like the American actress Winona Ryder.

I also see similarities with the English actress Natalie Portman.

Israeli/American, not English.

I would say they're two of the most elegant looking women in the world (facially, not their bodies). I wonder what it is about their facial features that work so well.

I knew two South Slavic people in my college, a male and a female, and they resembled her. If I were to see Keira at a mall I'd naturally assume she's South Slavic.
