Default How large is the difference between 23andme data and ftdna data used on gedmatch?

I just uploaded DNa land data that is converted to 23andme on to gedmatch. Even though it said it misses X-DNA or something but still worked. do you have any examples of calcs used with both data and how much difference is there ... like for example eurogenes k15

if it misses the x chromosome results could differ, no?

you should have converted the concatenated file from ftdna.
