the biggest and most important aspect for weight/fat loss is to hold a negative net energy balance over a certain period . meaning burning more calories than you consume .
the food should consist mainly of unpossessed raw foods and foods that are rich in micronutrients
good fats are also important . and eating too little fats is harmful for the health . I would say around 50-70grams of fats daily is a good reference point . I am talking about good fats of course ...like olives , avocados , almonds etc. . you want to avoid transfats as much as possible .they suck
also protein intake should not be too little . but the recommendations of many people are actually too high ..we dont need THAT much protein as it is often said . it is mostly exeggerating of guys who want to build le muzzles and the protein product industry just wants to sell their powders etc. .
by working out you boost your metabolism and burn calories . when you have higher muscle mass you also burn more calories automatically in general on top of it . but there is no magical workout plan that will burn fat so the video is nonsense you can forget it . and there is also no way to burn fat on a specific body part either what some people still think .
if you take medication of any sort you want to check if they make you harder to lose weight or even make you gain weight by itself . as I often mentioned I have personal experience with it (antidepressants) .
but when you dont take any medication nor have a health problem that that will have an impact (like thyroid problems etc.) then losing weight is a very easy thing to do . I myself have done it zillions of times whenever I gained weight because of gluttony periods lol (which is actually also a thing to give attention to . eating disorders and shit)
