An eagle always flies around my property. Even stood posted on our deck for 2 days when my grandmother was dying. Flew off after she gave last breath. Its a symbol carrying various meaning to different cultures and peoples throughout time.

Yes. And I am not one for superstition. I believe it can be explained logically. Maybe it was even coincidence. I remember like it was yesterday. The eagle was perched up at the head of the deck stairs. just stayed their for hours facing towards the house. After 24 hours, and my grandmother passing, it flew off.

.... Anon from the castle walls
The crescent banner falls,
And the crowd beholds instead,
Like a portent in the sky,
Iskander's banner fly,
The Black Eagle with double head.
And shouts ascend on high
.....'' Long live Scanderbeg.
- Henry Wadsworth Longfellow
