Favourite Sports Teams

In motorsports I root for the Ford teams, since that's my favorite kind of car (Volkswagen is a close second), so it's Roush Racing and Matt Kenseth in NASCAR and the BP Ford team in WRC.

In soccer I root for Rapid Wien, Lazio and Glasgow Celtic.

I also happen to love MMA. They don't fight as teams, but my favorite individual fighters are Clay Guida, Marcus Davis and John Fitch.

LOL, what a small world. We were driving across the Cairngorms (listening to the BBC--we had to keep switching frequencies because of terrain/reception) on the way to the little village in Perthshire where my father's father's father's father's father's father's father came from.

I was thinking how much fun one of those matches would be to see in person. I loved the crowd's chanting in the background.

Oh, I forgot all about motor sports -- the only one of which I follow with any regularity is F1.

And I'll readily admit that I'm shamelessly biased towards any team with Finnish drivers. McLaren's Heikki Kovalainen is my favourite, but it's difficult for me to support that team, because their lead driver is ... well, you know.

On the other hand, Ferrari's Kimi Räikkönen is supposed to improve his performance this season, but in private he is El Assholio Maximo del Mundo, so I just don't know.

I support Manchester City cause it was my mum's team and I really like the colour though there's a player for the Wolves who is totally dreamy <3 I guess internationally, I support England and whoever's playing against Italy.

Pittsburgh Steelers just won their historic 6th Super Bowl.

Like Suut, I am a big fan of the WEC and the UFC of mixed martial arts. If it is on TV, I have to watch it. My favorite fighters at this point are Uriah Faber and Brock Lezner.
