The are real Ugric people.A little non-Caucasian look does not makes you non-Caucasian.
They are much more Caucasians than the North Africans that France is bringing by force in the Europe.

In my opinion, they are peripheral Whites.
All Europeans can be considered peripheral, since all have non-white impurities. The exception is the majority of central Europeans.

And that should not even be the most important matter. They hardly would make crimes same ways as some other non-whites (terrorism, rapes), or destroy/risk for Europe.

They still have Ryss influence, but they're mainly victim of Ryss imperialism/assimilation at the same time. However, Uralics like Hungarians, Finns and Estonians could integrate them with ease.
