Are Italians & Albanians best people in europe?

I think we all agree they're best good natured ethnicities in europe. And is this another indication albanians and italians are connected by blood?

The maffia (or rather maffie, pural) is strictly a South Italian business anyway, and often not even ethnic Italians. Well the more North you go, the more gypsies you notice in the mafie there.

Might be true for some cases, but from what I see on the internet Turks always try to be associated with Greeks.
