You were implying that I am lying and were trying to dismiss my statement, based on your logic, that Tosk or Geg are not used in everyday convesations in Albania. Maybe they are not and he didn't say exactly Tosk, but from south - either way what difference does it make? What I stated stands, despite what one reads on forums and social media. Albanians are as desperate to be connected with Italians as Turks are to be connected with Greeks it seems.

Italy was originally inhabited by Italic, Greeks and Illyrians so yes it is possible for Albanians and Italians to be connected somehow, The old Veneti were Italic with Illyrian origins, so was Messapi.
