Here in the states most girls are either Francophiles, Italophiles or Anglophiles. Plenty of them want to go to France or Italy atleast once for some reason. I'd definately say UK, Italy and France have the best reputation outside of Europe in terms of culture or people.

I personally haven't met many into actual authentic Spanish culture, though it's possible they exist. Hispanophiles here are mostly into South American culture rather than actual Spanish.
