Caracalla was fully latinized and if I remember correctly never lived in North africa so culturally he was not amazigh and secondly he was probably half north african genetically speaking (but even his paternal family were not culturally amazigh but neo-punics)Yes. Imazighen could make it to Roman Emperor. Not sure that was his ethnicity though.
