Austrians are quite diverse so anyone from a Norwegian to a Pole to a Serb could likely pass there, however Turks? lol, it must be a atypical Turk then. At least 90% of Turks have no chance of passing in Austria.

This is not true. Austrians are way more closed community than Germans are, traditional and provincial (and they do not hide it).
You can live and work in Austria no problem, but other Europeans are not seen as Austrians by local people, everyone who has relatives/friends in Austria knows it.
