My Jordanian friend used to live there for high school education since he went to a Japanese school in Dubai, and they require their students to graduate from high school in Japan. He told me that they find foreigners very interesting since they find alien cultures very different from theirs and so on since their society is pretty homogeneous. He told me that they are very..uncaring for their family members which his own friend was living with him as roommates because his siblings don't want to take care of him and his parents are living in a different state which had boggled my friend since that we Arabs tend to be very family oriented people.
