Guangzhou has a small African population, nothing in comparison to most major Western European cities in 2021. China keeps them on a tight leash and treats them like second class citizens.

Not to mention open racism, segregation, evictions, refusal of service, ghettos, harsh “migrant management” in Guangzhou. Its gotten so bad Kenya had to evacuate its citizens from China.

Although, they used to give major advantages to international non-white students overall over the temporary black workers, they also have huge gay communities and cities (Chengdu), they didn't see the long term effects that liberalism and miscegenation with negroes has on themselves or society.

Fortunately COVID-19 drove off Africans out of China. And Xi Jinping barred them from coming back. They have also blocked African students from entering the country.
