It's going to fuck up your metabolism, and you will sooner or later eat more than you used to eat, and you are going to return to your previous weight, and many people can even end up gaining more weight than they had when they started those crazy diets. And your brain is very efficient, it will notice that you are giving to it very few calouries so it will absorve in a more efficient way the very few calouries you consume, so when you will do the basic daily stuff you usualy do, like walking, breathing, working, studing, thinking you are going to loose less calouries that you used to lose before you started that starvation like diet.

And that's what you don't want.
