The natural hair color of Britney Spears (when not dyed) is common as fuck through ALL Europe (I have that same hair color), most southern Europeans have that same hair color or a bit darker (but still brown) hair, and most northern Europeans are not ubber blonde like Reese Whisperton or Leven Rambin.

Really dark hair is very minority in ALL Europe, including southern Europe, where is more common than in the rest of Europe, but still, very minority. In the same way that really blond people are more common in northern Europe than in the rest of Europe, but they're are still minority in there, contrary of the dumb stereotype about nearly ALL northern Europeans and nearly ALL white North Americans are supposed to be blonde as fuck, lol.

The hair color of the guy that comes to your mind when you think about southern Euros, is very common in southern Europe, but only very illiterate and dumb people think that nearly everybody in Spain, Portugal, Italy or Greece have that hair color.

Lots of people in Spain, Italy, etc, have about the same hair color as Britney Spears, believe it or not. I don't see anything "extraordinarily Northern European" or "too light for southern Euro standards" on Britney Spears.
