Even by Heathers' standards, this thread is daft and trollish. Dark brown or black hair is about a third of Germans and half of Brits. As for Iberians, Italians and Greeks, depending on the country and region in question possibly as many as 20% have light brown, blonde or red hair.

And then, a great percentage (even in the most southern regions of those countries) have medium brown hair, with people with really dark hair being minority.
