You're supposedly asexual and therefore disqualified from this thread lol
Hard to describe. It's an emotional thing rather than physical. Men can tell when a woman has been slammed through all the gears emotionally. A common effect is that women start self-sabotaging their interactions with men, misjudge their sexual market value (overvalue themselves) as it starts to decline, their lists of demands and expectations of suitable partners get ever longer, and they end up with a house full of stinking cats and cobwebs up their cunts - unless a silly white knight blue pill man comes to their rescue.what do you mean with innocence. my youthful mind was gone by the age of 18/19

Having the "glow" is not age related. One's brightness is inherently connected with character, not fhysiognomy. Everybody can shine.
So just shine, shine. Be like R136a1

That sounds great, but I guess it depends what you mean by glow. Not every woman is trashed emotionally by time, but their eggs always are.
Have you ever noticed older women, like from their late 20s onwards, smile less in their photos? Make such a woman smile or laugh and you'll see why - all those wrinkles start to appear when she smiles - wrinkles that instantly signal her advancing age and declining fertility. Once that happens you can safely say the glow of youthful beauty is gone.
