people with fetal alcoholic actually have cute faces, one of their characteristic is a small upturned nose, and can be of average intelligence but often have learning disabilities and adhd

Studies were done to analyze the damage to the brain and other structures, which resulted in psychological or behavioral problems and physical damage. Studies have shown cognitive issues along with attention deficits, memory problems , reasoning problems, impulsive behavior ,and poor cause and effect reasoning. Most of the research has been done on children.
