I've heard there a uber hard way to get russian, but id need a russian ancestor, it wouldnt be citizenship, but a residency permit in Russia.

But what benefit do you get? You have a passport and presumably a work permit already, citizenship from Moldova grants you nothing you don't already get from a work permit and your passport grants you access to more countries anyways.

The most sought after passports that allow you access to the most countries are basically anything anglo, usa uk, canada australia or the eu, what good does a passport from moldova do?

Bulgarian = EU citizenship. Moldovan = Romanian citizenship nearly automatically, what means EU citizenship. Russian is also very good, Russia is not a poor country, there are lot of opportunities in Russia!
