Britney Spears Totally Butchered Tinashe's Name and Now Fans Are Telling Tinashe to Legally Change It

Britney Spears is not a names person, OK?

Earlier this week she misremembered the name of a producer who worked with her a few years back. Now comes another flub — this one during a concert.

Despite teaming with rising singer/songwriter Tinashe to record her single "Slumber Party" — as well as filming a music video with Tinashe and performing the song live with Tinashe on multiple occasions — Britney doesn't seem to know Tinashe's name.


Britney attempted to give her a shout-out after the pair performed their hit together on stage a few days ago, but things got awkward when Brit seriously mispronounced T's name.

"Everybody give it up for Tinasha!" she exclaimed, giving Tinashe a hug.

But some, instead of roasting Britney for making a huge mistake, joked that maybe Tinashe should change her name because the Queen of Pop had spoken.

Anyways, yeah obviously I think she grew up in a rich white neighborhood. Same with my gf, she sounds white basically.
