In the case of some North Caucasus samples, they are young haplotypes that may have been transmitted within the last 300 years. With the case of Nogai, it is a lot more difficult.

The name of a horde clan associated with genghis khan. Perhaps in these cases its associated with slaves taken from around central east europe from the mongol horde along the silk road?

I recall in the case of Nogai, their M458 was older and basal. Circassian Kavkaz groups according to an admin on a russian site that the samples were young and recent for most(not all cases).
