I would say my fav is the Egyptian-Alexandrian cuisine.. they make the best sea food and liver also

fish(meat in general),cheese,olives,wine,milk,yogurt etc..
My stomach is not made for rice and crap like this.

I'm a bit awkward thus I usually don't indulge in going to x amount of restaurants, seeking new flavours, tastes etc. I'm not even into go that much to restaurants.
I keep it pretty much to the portuguese cuisine, so I'm almost 100% Tuga.
Although to tell you the truth, I try to eat clean, and my diet is much more funtionality orientated rather than seeking pleasure.

I'm pretty sure I have the most varied palette in here. I literally eat about 10 different cuisines a week. I can cook many of those myself as well.
