Ideal height & weight for a male/female?

What sounds the most ideal to you? Probably depends on many different factors though, obviously...

But for example to me:

Male: 5'10 160lbs
Female: 5'7.5 128lbs

my ideal woman is 5'9 125 lbs

man : 182 - 185cm (but only if you have the build for it otherwise you can already look like a lanky doof at this height)

woman : 167-170cm . but it doesnt matter really ....I find women from 150cm all the way to 200cm attractive lol . however I do think that around 168cm looks best

weight depends on the body type . 2 people can be the same height and weight but look very different

I am 183 cm high and 71 kg, so woman should have 176 cm and 67 kg max lol

depends on so many things... I'm 5'11" and 170. That's actually my goal weight but at 10 % body fat which I'm definitely not at the moment

Female 5'6"-5'8" max.I like them medium-short,because I'm not some insecure manlet.

Maybe you are mistaking your robustness for high body fat percentage. You can be 160lbs and look ripped/robust if you work out.

No, I'm talking about bone structure. My shoulders dwarf 99% of the country I live in, I don't want to look like an action man figure with toothpicks for arms
