nope . there is a truth on it . some people just have a higher muscle mass / are soft gainers and have a bigger frame etc.
me personally if I weighed less than 80kg I would 100% have to lose muscle mass . even below 85kg I look rather thin
height is around 177cm
it is about your lean mass . when your lean mass is not high and on top of it you have a low bodyfat percentage then yes you will weigh little . thats just logical
