Depends. I would say 182cm for men and 70-75kg (with low body fat percent only toned/muscular). I am 174cm but dont consider myself to short for me 68-70kg would be ideal.

And 5'10 can easily get you dates if you are attractive. That's not ridiculously tall, that's within the shorter range of female supermodel heights.

Yeah but compare the dating prospects of a 5'2 guy and a 5'10 girl, let's assume they are both attractive facially for their height, the girl will still have a way better time.
