    You should look for a French restaurant in California and try it. I like French food, like cassoulet, coq au vin, beef bourguignon, pisaladierre, blanquette de veau, etc

    The only French dishes that I remember doing (suitable for vegetarians) are probably chickpea ratatouilles, advocado chocolate mousses and the cliché quiches.

    Yeah ratatouille is french dishes.
    There are probably some other french vegetarian dishes. We eat a lot of cheese.
