Where do these councillors from Agen, SW France pass better: Sweden or Sicily?

Since Sikeliot still insists that the Assyrians he has just posted pass better in Sicily than even the Southern French do, and that France (including the South) is little different to Scandinavia, I thought I would make this thread. As usual, I shall only post the ethnic French ones.
