Well, you wouldn't pass as a White guy. People would think you are Hispanic. But there are hispanics there, so you wouldn't be really out of place or anything.

That flag could get you in hot water over here. Many take it seriously to have any variation on the official US flag. Many people have died for what the flag represents.

That said, we don't have the negative stereotyping of gypsies that Euros do. One of my favorite country music artists, Willie Nelson, was inspired by Django Reinhardt. He even has been playing the same guitar he has had for maybe 50 years, that he picked because he wanted that gypsy sound, the Django sound.
