I would define it as owning a house, having financial comfort, personal satisfaction, enjoying freedoms.

I would say for the most part, I have achieved my definition of the American Dream, but I've also worked my ass off to do so, hasn't been easy and there were many falters along the way as well.

I neither have a wife, a car, or own a house. Im single, pay rent in a appartment in a block and my mum has a Hyundai but I dont. Also I dont live in America. So I cant have achieved the american dream. But there is a famous advertisement where two guys compare "my house, my wife, my car, my boat etc.". For me thats the american dream.

Do not need a boat or a wife. I work from home, and can walk to any number of restaurant and bars, even the grocery store. A blessing.
I have a small Kia SUV, excellent for city driving.
