But the other pic looks like some Euro Vibe in there as well.

I see little mongoloid influence on his face. Mainly in the eye areas and cheek. I could be wrong though. I classify him as Nord Indid/Gracile Indid + little mongoloid.

caucasoids can have high cheekbones.. It's not a mongoloid trait

Agree with Mongoloid Vibe. While in first pic he looks Indian with browner shade. In this One he doesnt at all, here he looks More like a Eurasian:
