I was in Aruba only once in my life, in a 5 days vacation when I was an 8 years old kid. All I know is that Aruba is much less African than Curacao and Bonaire, and I only remember that I saw some Chinese descent people here and there, and many North American and British tourists.

I have read that there are also many people of Colombian and Venezuelan descent in there.

So in my morph every has Dutch surname (7 athletes) except for 1 that has spanish surname

Aruba is part of the European Union (as it s part of Netherlands) that means they can freely migrate in every country of EU without a passport or without expulsion as they can stay as they want even if without work
