I would say as Islander (Dominican,Puerto Rican, maybe Cuban)

No, he really doesn't. I've seen Venezuelans with eyes like those, but they are usually darker than him, and have other facial features. The only country I would say he could pass is in Brazil (tropical north).

Not expert, but I can see a baltid influence in his eyes region plus face's shape. Also african influence, mainly in nose/lips region
