What people don't know is that colours back in the day was symbolic, and the colour blue symbolises prosperity and wealth of the nation. The same thing is true when the ancient Egyptians painted some of the pharaohs in Black which symbolises fertility and growth of the land during harvest and so on, not because of race whatsoever.

That's it, yes! A writing that resembles Proto-Sumerian. Now this is in a place where the Incas were, but it predates their empire by a long time. I don't think the Incas even knew who built those structures. Same with Macchu Picchu... the Incas built their structures there, on top of a far older base created by a different civilization. The older parts are the more advanced parts.

... that's what we think. I'm not saying these old megalithic civilizations were made by white people. I'm not interested in what race they were. I'm interested if they were there, who they were, how long they were there, what happened to them etc. But mainstream historians often deny these civilations existed, or are afraid to speculate about them.

The thing is, at the end of the last glacial maxim of the current ice age, which was around 12,000 years ago, lots of ice melted and it caused mega floods worldwide. These floods destroyed those ancient megalithic civilizations, and sometimes submerged them. Like Atlantis, possibly. That's why we have all these flood myths worlwide, like the ones in South America, Epic of Gilgamesh, Bible's Noah, and many other. They point to a real historical flood. Before this flood, some people believe advanced civilizations existed on earth. Their remnants can be seen in these megalithic structures.
