Only light eyed groups in central Asia are Russians/East Slavs and remnants of German exiles. It is one of regions with least amount of light eyes in Eurasia, probably only east and se Asia has less, or deep Arabia.

I don't care for lightness, Koreans can have light skin and they all have black eyes. Pashtuns and north Indians and some Pakis are pretty dark but have much more light eyes than central Asian mongoloids who have almost none.

But the small number of South Asians with light eyes usually have lighter skin as well, such as Hrithik Roshan and Aishwarya Rai. Light eyes with deep brown skin is extremely rare indeed.
