Well, I would say that it depends on which country they're from. Like, the Africans in Africa are less trustful and open to foreigners due on the fact that they're less globalized than in other nations that are more open to the outside world. Take China and Japan as examples. Um, from what I've seen from foreigners that used to live in Japan tend to have much more harder time to live in that country due to the locals distrustful nature to foreigners or "Gaijen" in Japanese whereas in China the locals are very hospitable and friendly to outsiders that simply just speak their language to them. I mean, China had been trading with foreigners for many thousands of years in contrast to the Japanese who were very isolated from the world until the dawn of the 20th century.

Aframs usually are resentful of White people and generally do not want to be associated with them (I'm talking in generalities here). That's very true. You can see this when analyzing the mindset and behavior of Africans and Afro-Latinos who emulate African American hip hop culture. They're far less likely to enjoy the company of Whites.
