Serbia.Hungarians are known as mean and arrogant people, not only here in Romania but everywhere.They generally have a hostile attitude towards non-hungarians, travelers can see this.

Never experienced any of that in there, I was always well treated. I know there's a thing between Hungarians and Romanians, perhaps that's why you have that impression.
