The question is do Turks look similar to Greeks, since they are in part descended by us.

Many Turks look like Greeks. They are the lightest group from Middle East(silly term but you know what I mean). Many of them look European. What distinguishes them is rare Central Asian types like Gundogan, not so rare Central Asian-influenced Ozil and Calhanoglu and Emre Can that is little more Middle Eastern-featured and pigmented but enough to tell he isn't Greek or whatever European.

So let's say virtually all Greeks pass in Turkey but many Turks don't pass in Greece.
