Now I don't understand wtf you're talking about. Yes, Spanish is not my native language, but I speak/understand it better than you, so I can actually properly identify the variants. I also know that someone from diaspora is very unlikely to speak the home language properly.
Languages belong to no one. What I mean is that diasporas are not an example of how people's dialects sound like. You're taking far too long to understand this. And they are speaking a different variant of it thats different to their region. I dont know if actual spaniards have a complex of latin american dialects though. And its their language not ours really.
I would never expect to get a good gathering of "Arabic dialects" by listening to a bunch of 3rd generation maghrebi thugs from Belgium. I would also never expect to get a good gauge of Turkish by listening to some German gastarbeiters speaking. I also would not try to get a gauge of Italian dialects by listening to Jersey Shore. Likewise I am not going to listen to some cholo rapper to get an idea of how actual Mexican Spanish sounds like.
Diasporas' broken patterns of speech do not match with actual accurate dialects of Spanish, or any language for that matter.
