Aryans & Blondism

Many people claim how proto-Indo-Europeans (Aryans) were blond and Nordic type, but honestly I doubt it for few reasons.

Yamna culture originated in pontic-caspian steppe and today there's no much naturally blond blue eyed people.

Not to mention how by reconstruction of Yamna skulls it seems they were some sort of dinaromorph type.

Main reason is fact that Finland got highest percent of light haired individuals of all Europeans and as we know Finns are Fenno-Urgric not Indo-European speaking people.



There's one more reason and that's fact that Germanic languages posses some non-IE words such as bear, dog, wife, horse and many others probably dating back to pre-IE Norse language.

What's your opinion on that? Personally I think proto-Aryans were in Atlanto-Pontid range in terms of pigmentation while being somewhat dinaromorph type like present day South Slavs and Russians.

Yamnaya were probably a mix between Alpinized East Mediterreneans* from the Caucasus - dark pigmented, Lapponoids/Ladogans from North Asia- dark pigmented, and Cro-Magnons from Western Europe - (light pigmented???). They were obviously also Dinarized and had Neanderthal blood.

Then they depigmented, but we can't be sure if they did on the Steppe or after they started mixing more with Pre-IEs of Western Ukraine. The Alpinized East Meds after depigmentation became the Corded race.



The later Cordedized and later reduced** Lapponoids/Ladogans became the Baltid/East Baltic race.



* who later in the South evolved into what we call Armenoid according to C. S. Coon.
** Note that the process of reduction was very long and Slavs had mostly dolicho-meso skulls until like late Medieval.

It seems that Yamnaya was multi-genetic.
