Greece was developing fine even before the EU.

Greece, Bulgaria and Serbia will NEVER agree in a union with Turkey. Albania is Turkey's stooge in the Balkans and can't be trusted. There is already excellent cooperation between Greece, Bulgaria and (Serbia) as well with Romania within the EU.

But how much can these countries develop under a EU banner? I dont think they have much prospects tbh

Also not the same culture. Everybody knows Balkans culturally dominated by Ottoman.

Negative.

Athena is the best.

Istambul way to get in is too narrow and, besides, his sea is too black (a bad joke: Black Sea, Cherna More, Pontus Euxinus).
