Why Saudis are so much stupid?

Our government provided visa free regime for Saudi citizens to attract tourists.
Arabs are everywhere now.
They are so fuckn stupid! Saudis are one of the most rich nation in the world, but same time they are the most dumb. They can't say a single word in English. Their vocabulary includes just 4 phrases: why so expensive? cheap-cheap? halal food? woman "massaj"? "alkohol"?

What is the reason that they are so stupid? I have seen Arabs from UAE, from Oman, they are not the smarties people, but not as stupid, as Saudis.
Even a poor village man somewhere from Cambodia is more intelligent than this camels. They have everything, internet, money, access to education, but they do not develop.

Looking at this screaming groups of Saudians in the streets i started to hate them. This is the first nation i really hate. I have been in many countries with developed and poor economy, i loved most of them. But never seen people like Saudians. Epicenter of dumbness is somewhere around Mecca.

Look at the situation in Saudi Arabia where the majority of them are Wahabis, and they follow Islam to it's truest form. With that, they behave this way because they think that wealth is power, but of course, all of that wealth stems from oil and gas, and unlike it's counterparts in the UAE and Oman, they are not putting any effort in trying to diversify their economy, and sooner or later, all of that wealth will simply disappear.
