I sleep at 12 and wake up at 9 in morning. Total 9 hours of sleep. 9 hours is not excess sleep. Sleep should be natural. Like nobody should wakeup with alarm clock. When your eyes get open automatically thats your perfect sleep time. Mine is 9hours
