Your argument is that 12% Near East in Crete is of Arab origin when even Minoan samples on Gedmatch get up to 10 percent.

Hahaha, and what is the reason? To point out a fact?
Was Crete ruled by Emirate of Crete? Yes ✓
Do Cretans have more SW Asian and North African admixture than their surroundings? Yes ✓
Where the hell is trolling? My threads are not low-brow unlike that of Lavrentis, my threads are based on historical sources and genetic data. If someone needs to get banned, it's not me.

It's a troll thread.
The Cretan he posted, George Giakoumakis, is only half Greek. His mother comes from a third world country. I know that from the fact that he used to play in a football team in my town.

I did not say that, read the op, I used the word "elevated." SW Asian admixture was already there, that's true, but Emirate of Crete might have changed the genetic structure of the island to some extent considering the elevated SW Asian and North African admixture compared to the islands to the north. Is it such a big deal for you?
Note that the island also received migrations from northern populations so you can't really use Minaon samples as a reference for medieval Crete.

The Cretans were never rechristianized. They were never converted to Islam in the first place.
What happened is that the island became less religious due to Arab influence, and the Byzantines brought a missionary to install Byzantine institutions again.
You must be very retarded to think that all Cretans converted to Islam in 100 years, and then that they were re-christianized by a single missionary.

And also, every single Arab was slaughtered after the Byzantines took the island back. Deserted territories (mostly in eastern Crete) were settled by Armenian families. And that's where you get Middle Eastern affinity from.
