    I get Sarmatian Pokrovka I0574, but some Poles get Scythian Ismailovo Is2 - these samples are similar, so interchangeable. Mezhovskaya culture samples are also good fits for this Late Steppe ancestry.

    Yeah it seems so.

    I get 75% to 50% East European on various tests (depending on what algorithm they use), but those Medieval Slavs were not 100% East European (and most likely even Proto-Slavs weren't).

    RISE598 is from Turlojiske, Lithuania/Poland border:



    But RISE598 was not Slavic - he was Baltic.
