From profile view Josip Broz Tito seems too long-skulled to be just Dinarid + Borreby - I also see North Pontid in him:

Nicolae Ceausescu was Armenoid:

Enver Hoxha - Dinarid (had the typical flattened occiput also):

Todor Zhivkov was Dinarid + Borreby and a national traitor:

I believe Zhivkov was one of the most blatantly pro-Soviet of all the Eastern Bloc dictators.

Hehe dude, you realize not every Romanian is Carpathid and there are more types than that? I've read up on these types a bit lately, and I feel like a lot of people here just say that automatically when they hear the person's background. If it's even a distinct type at all, from what I read on it, it seems to be found mostly in the northern reaches of the Carpathian mountains, and is not everywhere in the country.

I think proper examples of the type are like these maybe (they're actually from that area)

Anwyay, Hoxha seems Dinarid and some local Med form, with maybe some Alpinid?

Tito I agree with the others, Dinaric with maybe some Borreby or Neo-Danubian.

I think Ceausescu may be some mixture of a Taurid (Dinariform, not sure I'd go as far as Armenoid- people's noses tend to get droopier as they age) and maybe some kind Alpine, but the details are up to anyone's personal interpretation.

The Bulgarian leader is mostly Pontid with a little something else I guess.

Actually, the term 'Carpathid' was used by different authors to mean different things, one author even used it to refer East-Baltic/Uralic types, so don't believe everything you read.
