I love steak. In generally I don't like pork. I guess I can easily become a Muslim, except for the alcohol part, which I should stay away from anyways.

Pork is an unhealthy meat to eat especially if you want to maintain a figure.

Beef is the way to go.Its like every single cell of it is directly absorbed by the musculature.

You can stack some serious pounds of muscle if you maintain a regular diet of it.Preferably ground beef and not stakes cooked with thick oil

You can't be anymore wrong than this.

Pork is healthy, especially when prepared right and is classified as white meat. Great fat profile from the meat itself.
