Peterski has found once such remarkable, and true, quote from about 1280 year.
https://www.theapricity.com/forum/sh...vic-Friendship
"Germo is a type of vehicle in which two oxen are yoked together to draw a plough or pull a cart,
and so the Germans and the Slavs having common borders pull together, there is no people
in the world so familiar and friendly to one another as the Slavs and the German(ic)s."
This is one of the reasons, why so many Polgermans are in Poland, majority - from times immemorial.
It is also worthy to remember here, that polish-german border was one of the most peacefull borders
in Europe through centuries, and the last war sensu stricto between Germany and Poland before 1939
was in... 1031, someone can argue that in 1157 - what doesn't make too big difference.
