I see there is currently a debate going on in Australia about whether to legalize gay marriage or not. Australia is one of the last countries in the "West" not to have it legalized yet. What are your views concerning this?

Had you asked me a few years ago, I would have said yes, but only just - I was never strongly in favour of it. I suppose the shift is partly a reaction against everything libtard.

I hope the NO vote wins but the libtards have a strong presence here, so it's hard to predict. The history of Australian referenda suggests a reluctance for change and suspicion within the populace. There is also a lingering conservatism within the general population that the libtards struggle to break beyond feminism. Hopefully that applies with this "survey".

Gay divorces are sure to be common, so no gay marriage could save some gays a lot of money if it prevents them from being arse-raped in court.

I'm voting yes. I am gay and I just want equal rights for my fellow homos. I am glad that this beautiful country has given me so many rights though. So I'm not criticizing that part. But it wouldn't kill if we had the option to marry, even though I really couldn't care less about marriage.

Yes. Marriage first and foremost is legal agreement serving purpose of settling all nuances regarding inheritance. Since gays still have brothers, nephews etc they are involved in legal processes and it's far better to have their partnerships to be formalized.

Still I'm strongly against allowing gay couples to adopt children.
