Nope. Women who pretend to be into this sort of stuff are only yelling some feminist battle-cry that they can be just as sexual & capable as men are, when really that's not the case. Comparing the affects of testosterone & estrogen is like apples & oranges. No, actually it's like comparing a lion to a flower.
Also most wives are forced into swinging-scenarios by their husbands, they don't do it voluntarily.

TLDR: I couldn't enjoy swinging, because I get off on the idea that the woman is enjoying sex & feeling good & it's clear with the swinging situation she wouldn't truly enjoy it but only follow along because I wanted her to do so.
